Three Secrets to Increase Happiness
Would you like to be on vacation all the time? I feel like I am! Work is always play for me, because I have learned to practice happiness instead of simply waiting for it to happen. I use the gamification of chores, school work, and business to overcome difficult tasks. I give myself a prize and a cheer after each job is complete.
Happiness is a choice. Every moment we make the choice to have a positive, happy experience. This can take practice, at first. My award winning book, SHINE ON! offers some amazing secrets to shift into the daily, moment to moment acts of happiness.
The first step, smile! Smiling is proven to reduce stress and create a positive attitude. Smiles create energy. When we smile more we connect to better opportunities.
