Welcome to Lightworkers Gifts, Inc. By accessing our website, purchasing our packages, or engaging in our professional services, you agree to be bound by the following Policies and Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Lightworkers Gifts, Inc. ("LG") provides a variety of professional wellness, education, media, and marketing services. These terms and conditions apply universally to all packages, programs, consultations, events, and content creation services offered by LG, whether delivered in person, virtually, or through media platforms.

2. Payment Terms & Booking Policy

To maintain the highest level of dedication and exclusivity for our clients, we enforce strict financial and booking policies:

  • No Commencement Without Payment: LG is under no obligation to reserve dates, schedule sessions, or commence any service, preparatory work, or content creation until the required payment or retainer has been received.

  • Retainers and Deposits: For applicable services, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due within three (3) business days of booking or contract execution to secure your project or event date.

  • Final Payments: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled start or event date. Failure to timely remit the final payment constitutes a material breach, and LG reserves the right to refuse service and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because we reserve exclusive availability, decline other opportunities, and commit extensive time and resources in reliance on your booking, all financial commitments are firm.

  • All Payments Are Non-Refundable: If a client cancels a service, project, or event for any reason, the initial retainer and any payments made will be retained by LG and will not be refunded.

  • No Results-Based Refunds: No refunds, offsets, credits, or fee reductions will be issued based on a client’s or participant's subjective perception of the effectiveness, results, or outcome of the services. LG's completed presence, presentation, or delivery of assets constitutes full and complete performance of our duties.

4. Client Responsibilities & Logistics

For us to deliver optimal results, clients must cooperate fully with logistics:

  • Information Delivery: Clients must provide all schedules, materials, or technical platform access codes necessary for LG to perform the services in a timely manner.

  • Schedule Changes: Any modifications or delays to an agreed schedule or project timeline that require LG to provide services beyond the originally contracted scope or timeframe will result in additional billable fees.

  • Travel & Expenses: For any in-person services requiring travel, clients are responsible for all travel expenses, accommodations, and travel-time fees as outlined in their specific service agreements.

5. Experiential & Professional Disclaimer

Important Notice: The services provided by Lightworkers Gifts, Inc. are experiential, educational, promotional, and entertainment-based in nature.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, religious, legal, or financial professional advice, diagnosis, counseling, or treatment of any kind.

Individual experiences and results will inherently vary. LG makes no guarantees or warranties regarding specific performance, audience engagement, marketing reach, lead generation, or financial outcomes. Any perceived benefits arising from the services are inherently subjective.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all agreements with Lightworkers Gifts, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Prior to initiating litigation, parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through confidential mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Maricopa County.
